Specialty Items & Materials
The piece that's been in the family for three generations. The piano. The collection of art. These don't belong on a standard truck. We handle specialty items with the equipment, padding, and patience they require — and we sell the same materials we use, for clients who prefer to pack their own.
Why discerning clients choose us for specialty items & materials
The founder consults on the engagement, oversees the crew, and stays accountable through the final walkthrough. Quiet, considered, and complete.
Considered, in full.
Every specialty items & materials engagement includes the essentials as standard — never as add-ons, never as upsells on moving day.
In writing,
before any work begins.
The figure on the written quote is the figure on the invoice. No fuel surcharges, no weekend premiums, no items added on moving day.

Send photos or schedule a brief visit. Each piece is quoted based on size, weight, access, and the equipment it requires.
Considered preparation
Padding, blanketing, and protective wrapping built around the specific piece. Condition photographed before any lift.
Careful transport & placement
Padded, secured, transported, and placed by the same crew that picked it up. Final position confirmed with you.
About
specialty items & materials.
The same questions clients raise most often when planning an engagement of this kind.
Why are pianos priced separately?
+
Pianos require dedicated equipment (boards, skids, dollies) and often specialized handling on stairs and through tight access points. Each is quoted as a flat rate based on the specific instrument and its location.
Do you appraise art or antiques?
+
We do not appraise — we recommend an independent appraiser for insurance purposes. Condition is documented with photographs before we begin, and we work with the declared value you provide.
Can I order supplies for pickup or delivery?
+
Yes. Order online and we'll coordinate pickup or local delivery in the Phoenix metro — a brief call confirms the timing.
What if the piano is on a second floor?
+
We move pianos through every kind of access — stairs, balconies, narrow doorways. The brief assessment lets us quote your specific situation precisely.
