Terms of Service

Quotes are based on the inventory and details you provide. If the actual scope of your move differs significantly — more items, additional stops, restricted access — the price may be adjusted. We will always communicate any adjustment before proceeding.

A deposit may be required to reserve your move date. The deposit amount, if any, will be specified in your booking confirmation.

You can reschedule your move up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours are fully refundable.

We carry standard cargo and liability insurance covering your belongings while in our care. Basic coverage is included with every move. Full-value protection is available as an upgrade and is recommended for high-value items.

Some items are excluded from coverage, including cash, jewelry, important documents, and items we do not pack ourselves. Customers are responsible for transporting these items personally.

You agree to provide accurate information about your move, ensure that someone is available at both pickup and delivery, and disclose any fragile, hazardous, or specialty items in advance. You agree not to ask our crew to transport prohibited items, including hazardous materials, illegal goods, or live animals.

If something is damaged or missing, notify us within 7 days of your move so we can document the claim. We will work with you to resolve it fairly. Most claims are resolved within 30 days.
