How far in advance should I book?

Two to four weeks is ideal for weekends; one to two weeks for weekday engagements. Same-week and same-day work is often possible — a phone call confirms availability quickly.
What if the weather turns?

We work rain or shine, and bring tarps, runners, and protective wraps. Severe weather (lightning, flash floods) may shift the schedule a day for safety — at no charge.
Are stairs or long carries extra?

The first flight is included. Additional flights and carries beyond 75 feet are noted on the written quote in advance — never added on moving day.
Can I change my move date?

Of course. Reschedules are free with 48+ hours notice. Inside that window we ask for a small fee to cover the held schedule, and we always work with you on genuine emergencies.
