The Specification

Trade-grade by specification.

The exact specification we use on professional engagements — built for repeat use, genuine loads, and consistent results.

01

Double-walled corrugated cardboard — twice the wall thickness of grocery-store boxes, so the seams hold under real moving weight.

02

Reinforced bottom panel doesn't blow out when you set it down hard or stack three more on top.

03

16" × 12" × 12" is the size physical-therapy-approved — heavy enough to fill, small enough that two hands can carry it up stairs.

Notes from the Crew

How we use it, in practice.

Practical guidance from years on the trucks — shared so you can put the materials to their best use.

Fill it, don't overfill it

Stop packing when the box still has 1" of headspace. The lid should close flat without bowing — that's how you stack five high without crushing the bottom box.

Heaviest at the bottom

Books at the bottom, lighter items toward the top. Same goes for the truck — small heavy boxes go on the floor of the load, large light boxes go on top.

Tape the bottom, then tape it again

Three strips across the bottom seam, perpendicular. One strip down each side seam. It takes 10 seconds and saves a thousand dollars in dropped dishes.
